Skills for Life

The short webinars introduce the essential skills that are helpful to develop to improve wellbeing, particularly in younger children. They are produced by Learning Disability CAMHS. They may be supportive of young people with a Learning Disability and for young people diagnosed with Autism but they do not need to have this diagnosis for them to be helpful. They are for anyone to increase and develop daily skills that support overall wellbeing and quality of life.
